Cleaning
Wash any new Tervis product before using it for the first time. Do not soak your stainless steel product. Do not use abrasive sponges or scouring pads when cleaning, as they could scratch the steel and Tervis design.
Dishwasher Safe
Go ahead, put these stainless steel products in the dishwasher. Just keep them away from the microwave, stove or freezer, for your safety and because extreme temperatures could disable the insulation properties.
Microwave
Do NOT microwave stainless steel products. It is a safety hazard to place metal in a microwave. Never put your stainless steel product in a microwave.
